Meet on the corner of Belvedere Rd/Concert Hall Approach near Waterloo station (google maps link).
The sessions are pay on a sliding scale. Market rate would be around £15 per person if you can afford that (or more if you want to subsidise someone who cannot afford it!), but if that isn’t affordable for you, pay less. Minimum is £1 and it is totally fine to just pay that.
No parkour experience or fitness level necessary. I mean it! I have taught parkour to people who have not done any exercise for years, have physical impairments, get panicked easily, and so on. It really can be for (almost)* anyone.
There’s a lot of toxic fitness stuff and I want to offer an alternative. This is not about getting your body to look a certain way, or a relationship to your body that treats it as a machine to push and punish. This is about connecting with ourselves, moving and being well. You go as easy or as hard as you want.
Get in touch if you are interested.
Access and Inclusivity
This is an accessible class which (almost)* everyone is welcome to attend, particularly including: unfit people; people of all genders and gender presentations; neurodivergent people; people with mental health difficulties; low-level physical impairments.
*It can’t quite accommodate everyone but there is a lot of adaptability and a welcoming attitude! Anything you would like to discuss, get in touch.
You are not welcome if you have do not respect everyone for who they are or have any behaviour which is disrespectful of others, including sexist, racist, ableist, etc, and toxic or damaging attitudes. If you do something which falls short of this standard you will be spoken to about it and may not be welcome to join anymore.
